Cut Off Low Captured On Satellite Image Ventura Kiteboarding

Stunning Cut Off Low, broken off from a Low pressure system
to the North. Note the eye and the tail in this well formed counter-
clockwise cyclical event.

On the East Coast, would this appear to be a
hurricane?  Contrary to looks, this piece of
weather typically brings a "tease breeze" of
8-12 knots. Ventura Kiteboarding will do
